Once your account is set up and you've added a location, it's time to invite your players to join Omahji.

How to Invite Members

1. From the sidebar, tap or click Players
2. Click the Add Player button
3. Enter the player's details:
   • Name — Their full name
   • Email — The email address they'll use to log in
   • Phone — Their phone number (required)
4. Choose to send an invitation email
5. Click Save

The player will receive an email invitation with a link to create their account and set a password.

What Do Members See When They Join?

When a member accepts their invitation and logs in to the Portal (or the Omahji app), they can:

• Browse your upcoming game schedule
• Register for games
• View their game history
• Manage their profile

Letting Players Join on Their Own

By default (Limit Access on), players must request to become a member and you approve each one. If you'd like to let players join freely instead:

1. Go to Settings > Community > Members
2. Turn Limit Access off

With Limit Access off, anyone with your Portal link can become a member without waiting for your approval. Sending someone a direct invitation always works too, no matter how Limit Access is set.
