Each individual game occurrence has its own booking list. Here’s how to view it and manage players.
Opening a game occurrence
- Go to the Schedule page and find the game or game series.
- For a one-time game, tap or click on it directly.
- For a recurring series, tap or click the series, then tap or click on an individual occurrence in the table.
The occurrence page shows:
- Game details: date, time, duration, location, host, capacity, and status.
- A booking list with each player’s name, booking date, and payment status.
Registration actions
For each booked player you can:
- Mark Paid — Record that payment has been collected (for pay-later games).
- Waive — Mark the player as exempt from payment.
- Remove — Remove the player from the game. If they paid, you can issue a refund.
Cancelling a game
If you need to cancel the game, use the Cancel button on the occurrence page. You'll be prompted to confirm, and you can choose to refund any players who paid online.

Cancelling an occurrence is permanent. Players will not be automatically notified — email your booked players directly if you need to alert them.
